Wayner SMS Terms

The service

Wayner.ai is a private family question-and-answer line. Approved family members text questions to the Wayner number and receive answers by text. Joining is by personal invite link and requires a one-time verification code sent to your phone.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You get one reply per question you send, plus occasional service messages such as verification codes and invite notifications.

Cost

Wayner does not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to the Wayner number at any time to opt out of all messages. You will get one confirmation text, then nothing further. To rejoin, ask Russell to re-add you.

Reply HELP to the Wayner number, or contact Russell directly, for help with the service.

Carriers

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service works on major US carriers.
